I remember their service being excellent and my kids loving the sweet treat but not anymore. The ice cream rolls didn’t look like rolls, it just looked like a glob of melted ice cream. It barely covered half of the serving cup, too much mochi, and too few strawberries. I took it home 5 minutes away and it was barely edible. Who would ever want to pay $8 for a half cup of melted ice cream?! I have not taken a scoop out on all of the pictures posted here.

I am an Indian vegetarian, i.e. I eat dairy but not eggs. All of their dairy based ice creams have eggs so we tried three of their vegan flavours. We did not like any one of them. They were coconut based and had large coconut flakes. It is subjective, but I did not like the large coconut flakes in my ice cream roll.Although, their topping policy is quite generous.

Awesome place! Very accommodating for someone with food allergy. Our kid have dairy, egg, and peanut allergy and they have option for my kid to enjoy their dessert. Really appreciate the staff who work there too.
