I’ve gone in multiple times. Both to peruse around and also pick up an online order. Every time I’m in I’ve been greeted and someone came forward to assist me. If I have an online pick up I’m in and out in less than a few minutes. Such an easy process, which I love especially during the holiday season.Their layout of the store is clean and beautiful with everything on display.Employees are knowledgeable in the products and have great recommendations.Will definitely be returning for more jewelry and watch purchases as I love all the pieces I have and the ones I have gifted have been great hits!

Absolutely worst jewelry I’ve ever had. Got a gold chain for my birthday and chain broke in the middle while putting it on. It was long on me too so it definitely wasn’t from pulling it too much. Called store to get it fixed or exchanged and encountered rude workers. Had to pay to get necklace fixed and 2 weeks later is snapped again by the middle. Called the store for a refund or explanation and they had me on hold for 40 minutes.
