Cool place to shop but not professional when it comes to their so call rewards program. The points don’t ever roll over so you can never get to a actual discount. I called to ask the owner and he just gave the phone to the cashier didn’t even answer my question. The cashier could not answer my question either just told me to keep my receipts. What’s the point of giving your phone number to get the points for the reward program if it don’t keep track and I should just keep my receipt. I don’t plan on shopping there anymore I literally drive from Mojave to shop there. They don’t appreciate their value customers at all and I been going there for six years

Give him a five because they have everything I need. But I was not comfortable with the girl standing there but when I look up she was watching the camera. I guess a lot of people go in there stealing so she have to watch the camera while people shop in their instead of asking me may I help you because everyone don’t steal

I am not going to that beauty supply anymore the atmosphere isn’t the same anymore since the coronavirus appeared into the world. The employees do not tell you where to stand when you are ready to pay and leave. When the owner is not there a whole lot of customers are inside of the beauty supply because the employees allow that to happen. We are going through a pandemic (coronavirus) people can get sick. I pray no one gets sick either. The employees are different there not the same as the other ones that are not there anymore. The cashier was mean to me. I reminded her about the rewards. She doesn’t want you to give your phone number. She wants you to pay and leave
