Great service, great work repairing my phone, friendly people, conveniently located downtown Monterey: what’s not to love? This is one of the rare places where you actually get what you came out for–and then more. I.e.: they fixed my phone screen while I waited, yes, but they also gave me a sheet of info on the latest security threat to my computer and what to do about it. So my 5 minute wait was productive! Can you say, That’s what I’m talking about!? Love that they care about the community, too. Next time your phone or computer breaks, give these guys a call. Let’s help this new business thrive as they help us have healthy phones and computers. We need more great businesses like these in downtown Monterey.

Steve is everything all the other reviews say… I was desperate and he took me right in literally the same day I called. He is honest and has expertise. He literally takes time and explains what he has done, and how to treat your computer..He tells you up front what his costs are. (very good prices) I would drive a very long distance just to go to him for my computer repair.
