I just set up my account last month, and received my first refuel today, and boy what a mistake that was. They came out and refueled my tank no problem, but my girlfriend went outside to talk to the technician to see if he needed any help with anything while he did his job. He barked at her and basically told her to get lost. Then, he needed to gain access to my home to reconnect the tank to the regulator. He didn’t knock on the door, despite knowing my girlfriend was home and having talked to her face to face, and I received a phone call from the company while I was at work. 12:15 is when this call came in. I wasn’t able to receive it, but I was able to step away to listen to the voicemail. I texted my girlfriend at 12:18 to let the company know that they can access my house. She immediately responded (at 12:18) that Hyde had already left! I got home at 6:00 that evening to discover that I had no heat. Upon investigation, the technician locked my tank instead of reconnecting it. I assume it’s because the technician couldn’t wait any longer than 3 actual minutes to receive a response before deciding to put a lock on my tank, but I don’t know. They still haven’t answered my call after calling the emergency line almost two hours ago. I will say though, the people working in the office are friendly, I have nothing against them as they do their jobs without becoming frustrated or impatient with their customers.
