Called in to have them give me an estimate on a cylinder honing. Albert answered the phone and was acted as I was wasting his time right out of the gate. At 42 yrs old, I can understand being frustrated at work; however, this guy was over the top rude, condescending, and just plain out-of-line. I will never recommend or have any work done there after this experience. I could only imagine how they treat customers when something goes wrong! Good luck Yuba/Marysville, but I’d recommend taking it elsewhere! Ps. When he reluctantly gave me the estimate for my single cylinder KTM 150 dirt bike; he said anywhere from $30-160! This is a service that most shops do for under $50. BS.
