BUYER BEWARE of Huntsville Florist! I would give a negative star if I could. I ordered an arrangement on Friday before Mothers Day, for delivery on Saturday. I called the phone number first to make sure they could delivery; though the woman answering the phone said they could and to order online, the flowers were never received. I spent $126.99 and no flowers. I’ve spoken to a woman on the phone 4 times and she says she’s in the car or in a rush and she will call me back. She said there was a flower shortage during the Morher’s Day weekend and she couldn’t create or deliver my order though she never called or emailed me to let me know there was an issue. I’ve left several voicemails and emailed her a request for a refund. She has never replied nor apologized. No return calls so I disputed with the bank. I too think this business must be a scam.

Is it possible to leave a NEGATIVE STAR rating? I did not want to give this even one star. I am beginning to believe this business is not legitimate! A fake online business!I ordered online a CUSTOM birthday Floral arrangement, Mylar balloons and chocolates to be delivered on Sunday January 3rd. for my daughters birthday. $126.99. I ordered online as I live in Arizona.. The card below was left with one white rose. NOTHING was ever delivered. MULTIPLE texts to the delivery driver phone….(which turned out to be the actual store phone number!) were never answered when I inquired as to where my order was. 4 days latter….nothing.DO NOT EVER USE THIS FLORIST! ….I do not believe they are even a legitimate business.

Placed an order for a plant with Saturday delivery. Nothing delivered. Left message about my disappointment. Returned my call on Monday and gave explanation which I understood. You then promised a delivery later in the day and that didn’t happen. Next day still no delivery. No call, no apology, nothing.Horrible service, does not not deliver when promised. Would avoid this florist at all costs.Update as of 5/8/21…..still no delivery…need I say more? Contacted my credit card Fraud Dept for further action.
