No Covid precautions taken, no masks, and masks under the nose right in the middle of a pandemic. If I weren’t desperate for a specific lock I would have left without making a purchase. It looked like a nice place but I would never go there again and don’t recommend it. The snarky responses from the owner with regard to other negative reviews are telling.

I sent my friend there to get a special lock since they do have good stock, after he went their he called me crying saying there was a guy there named ‘Mike’ who told him to never go back to the store again. What kind of customer service is it? That’s why mom and pop’s shops won’t succeed like Home Depot . I shouldn’t have sent my friend to you guys . Horrible.
