Critical: Punctuality You must still wait outside. It is like Fort Knox. The wait is usually pretty long. I’ve tried to come here a couple of times. Looks like one barber only is there every time. Won’t try again.

Critical: Professionalism Tried to walk in. Not allowed which is understandable. Signed up on list outside. Waited 40 minutes. No courtesy call indicating wait time. Still have not been contacted after an hour. Might as well just say it is only by appointment and not run the risk of alienating potential customers.
