As a first time rider and buyer of a motorcycle I can say that there was no better place to start seriously considering where to buy my motorcycle than at Hudson Valley Motorcycles. My review is based on my experience at the store in March and April 2021 and I hope it describes the great service and attention I received from the whole team throughout my visits there.A visit to the store is a must-do first stop, it is fully stocked with all the different motorcycle models that a beginner rider will need to see before they set their eyes on the motorcycle for them. The gear section is very well stocked and you can start to get a feeling for the equipment that you will need. My most important contact at the store was Andrew who was with me all the way from the initial questions I had about motorcycling all the way to the actual delivery of my motorcycle to my front door. He was attentive, responded to all my questions, and thoughtful. Most importantly, him and his team walked me through the different options I had when it came to either buying my bike outright, financing it, fees and taxes, and insurance documents needed. I would always have my questions answered through text on the same day. I decided on one of their spectacular Ducati Scramblers which Jimmy delivered on time and in perfect condition. They also have the own service area where I highly recommend to take your bikes to for routine maintenance and parts.To all the first time riders still undecided about where to start their motorcycling journey, the best place to start is at Hudson Valley Motorcycles!
