Got custom 6 and I’m glad I did but slightly disappointed I didn’t just buy full cakes. Hard to pick a favorite. Oreo is out of this world and so was the Strawberry. Funfetti was really good. Blueberry was delicious. All worth getting again. Can’t wait to go back.

Hudson Valley Cheesecake is your sweet tooth heaven! Located right on Main Street if parking is hard to find there is a municipal parking lot around the corner and a short walk from there. I was greeted with a welcome as soon as I walked in the door, any questions I had about the cakes were answered and it was actually hard to choose so I bought more than one kind. The Rainbow cheesecake is absolutely phenomenal, tastes just like 3 layer cookies. Cakes, cheesecake, cupcakes vegan also if needed and fruit smoothies were just added to the menu. Cakes can be bought by the slice or whole cakes depending on your needs. There are many places to eat around the neighborhood, but save dessert for here you won’t be disappointed.

We saw the sign on our way to Mohonk Mt from CT and stopped on our way home. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ended up getting 1 rainbow, 1 blueberry, 1 orange, 1 cannoli to share with friends that night. The best cheesecake we ever had!! They all were so creamy, not sweet and the flavors just popped! We wish you could ship to CT. Since you don’t my husband plans to come visit again soon.
