Dislike Hotel California parking…meaning once you park and go in, the limited lot space means the drive thru wraps immediately behind the parked cars and you can’t get out of the parking lot! Businesses really need to consider this before opening. This is not something to discover after your Grand Opening. Drive thru speed could stand improvement as well. Employees attempted conversation but it came across as disingenuous when a friendly question was asked, but my answer was totally ignored. It sounded scripted. A 44oz iced tea and a bag of chips was $7.45. Really? FYI – Tea has the lowest foodcost of any menu item and is therefore one of the most profitable items on the menu. If this is a franchise, I wouldn’t have bought it.
