I just received shoes for my 3 year old and had the BEST customer service from Elsa! She responded to my emails in less than 10 min and was able to get the perfect pair of shoes for my son! And they even drove the shoes to OUR HOUSE! Couldn’t be happier and I can’t wait til my 5 month old can get his first pair of shoes from them! We will be their customers forever!
