What a great shopping experience. We had an idea what we wanted in an extra refrigerator and we toured the store. So many options. Lee approached us, asked to help us, pulled up his computer and found what we needed, when it was available and how much it would cost and bonus we qualified for the rebate.

I actually bought all of my kitchen appliances from Howard’s about two years ago and the experience was very good. Delivery was on time installation went smooth and everything worked out great. This year I bought a new Samsung washer and dryer and the delivery was OK except they did cause a small dent in the front of the washer. I was going to get it replaced but decided on store credit instead. However to date I have not received any credit.
