Although we had to wait nearly 5 months for the refrigerator we wanted to be made, it was worth the wait! On the day of delivery, we received our merchandise within the 3 hour time window given, and the team was courteous and professional. We had a few questions for our sales rep after the delivery was completed, and they were answered quickly and to our complete satisfaction. This wasn’t our first time to purchase appliances from Howard’s, and it definitely will not be the last!!!

These are rough time with covid-19. The estimated delivery date was off by two weeks. No one’s fault. Howard’s did the best they could with the manufacturers ETA. I received my appliances and the installation was perfect. My sales representative from the Covina store, Edward kept me informed of the time-line for delivery. Thank you Howard’s for your attention to detail! Great job.

I have purchased 3 appliances from Howard’s in the last year. They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have much better stock during this Pandemic and if they need to order an item the lead time is very short compared to others I tried to purchase from.I purchased a GE refrigerator from one salesman; a GE dryer and Frigidaire wall oven from another salesman. The prices were quite reasonable and competitive. Both experiences were great! I highly recommend Howard’s.
