After an epic series of screw ups by Home Depot, I was fortunate enough tocall Howard’s Appliances. David Derderian took my call and was able torecreate my Home Depot order, and have it delivered the NEXT DAY (Sunday). He asked me some questions and pointed out that I shouldchange to the matching dryer to make a set.Not only did my delivery show up on time, but to my pleasant surprise, David called me to make sure everything went smoothly.
