We’ve been waiting since Labor Day 2020 for a KitchenAid refrigerator. Purchased alongside 3 other expensive matching appliances. No follow up from the la habra store when we ask for updates. Have been getting letters from the manufacturer about extending our warranty and replacing the water filters for a fridge we don’t have! Very insulting. Also we received a “loaner” fridge that was beat up and requires it to be slammed shut with your foot.

The reason I bought the Samsung refrigerator at this store (even though prices are more expensive here) is because of the faster delivery date compared to other places. However, THIS WAS A HUGE MISTAKE! When the refrigerator arrived, it was already noticeable damaged in three different areas. Most importantly, the back of the fridge had an enormous dent that went all the way into the motor. When I called the store to request another fridge, the store manager said to wait another 3 days. ANOTHER 3 DAYS OF BEING INCONVENIENCED BY GOING TO BUY HUGE ICE BAGS EVERYDAY TO FILL OUR OLD FRIDGE IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR FOOD FROM GOING BAD. If this wasn’t bad enough, the store manager was extremely rude and condescending. I should have bought from another place…

They had the Bosh dishwasher I was looking for available, the price was good. They organized the delivery for the very next day. Took the appliance up several flights of stairs as our elevator is not operable yet. The manager offered me her cell number for any concerns after hours. Impeccable service!
