Thete aren’t many Howard’s store around like they used to be. But they have a bigger selection of appliances compared to Costco or Sam’s Club. The prices are pretty much the same as Howard’s is willing to match the price as long as the membership stores have the same items in stock. The big difference is the sales guys from Howard’s can answer almost any technical questions that you may have but I’m not sure about Costco or Sam’s Club sales people

Stopped by looking for an appliance. A group of staff members were sitting at the front, center area. I asked the tall rep questions about an appliance and he gave vague answers also as if didn’t want to assist me. He never looked at me in the eye. Later the Asian rep answered and ended up assisting me instead. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. If I bought anything, it’d be because of this rep, not the tall rep. As for this tall rep, by the time I was leaving I looked back and he was at the TV section watching football.
