Mike Gonzales did a fantastic job in helping me find the perfect bedroom set that I needed. This was my first time shopping for furniture and I gotta say, it was a pretty great experience. From the moment I stepped into Household Furniture, Mike wasted no time and assisted me. It’s always great having somebody with great customer service helping you out. He answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. If he didn’t have the answer, he would make sure to find it. Household Furniture is a great place to shop! Chavez and Martin C. gave my husband and I the very best customer service we have ever had. My husband is very ill and we were there to purchase only one item, and that was a chair to accommodate his breathing and make his inability to get in and out of his current recliner much easier . We ended up purchasing a chair for me also after Ivette and Martin C. noticed how much I liked the chair I was sitting in by husband and I was using a cane and showing signs of back pain. Like I said, they were very conscientious and kind and aware of our needs and they were sales people and good fact finders . We left very happy with our purchase.I have worked in a retail sales and customer service environment for 42 years for the world’s largest communications company so I recognize great personal professional but caring and kind customer service when I see it, and personally receive it. They both went that HUGE extra step for us and we greatly appreciate it You need to reward them for making two disabled people feel very special , and they took the extra time and did not rush us at all like so many other places do these days. We have already let many of our friends know how great we were treated and given them Ivette and Martin C’s names.
