We came here to purchase a sofa chaise, we actually went to several furniture stores and were told that all items are on backorder due to COVID 19. Although we also had to order for the specific pieces we wanted what really made the difference was our salesperson Adrian Estorga. He made sure he listened to what we wanted, and instead of being negative and focusing on the backorder issue gave us as many options as possible. I ordered an accent mirror at a great price on 3/1/21. Customer service was helpful with status of my order. Come April 15th they could not provide tracking info or date of arrival. Cancelled order and was given refund. Good Luck when ordering on-line.
