As of May 2021 staff are wearing masks. We love the Baker’s Dozen and usually get lox and cream cheese schmear and/or basil sundried tomato. Ever since their original Palo Alto location we’ve been happy customer so we are glad to continue to be. Counter help could be a bit more friendly.

Yes I loved it… good food, make that very good bagels. Help that had an interest in their jobs. A clean wash room. What more could one ask for. It was not the Ritz. But sure a good bagel, plus other goodies.
