Poor customer service. There was no one in the store and I waited 15 min so the girl that was at the register could take care of the refund I needed. I had to ask another employee to do the refund and he asked the girl at the register and she said yeah right now. If you dont want to go to work just dont go.

Really small store and the music selection is awful. Hot topic used to be one of the few places that would blast rock music not Mumble garbage rap. If you want a bigger variety in clothing and other products visit the one located in Yuma.Overall the two current employees were kind and attentive, but the store its loosing its identity.
