I came to hot box today to get my first piece, and Dominique literally made my entire day. She was so unbelievably sweet and really knowledgeable of all their pieces, and she was super accommodating with pricing as well. She also threw in a free lighter to celebrate getting my first piece and she was just so personable and gave me the best possible experience. Overall she is the coolest person ever and we need more amazing women like Dominique in this world!! Thank you hot box and thank you Dominique!! 🙂

This Place Has It All Good Lookin out On The Customer Service On The Phone, I Call Asked For Help Lookin For A Puff Bars And The Female On The Phone Replied Back Lettin Me Know That They Had Them And They Have Variety Of Flavors Etc ….. She Went Above And Beyond, Explaining To Me The Entire Get Down Of Their Process Once Gettin Into The Shop. They Have Protective Gloves On Mask And A Table Set Up, And That Whatever I Need Just Asked And She’ll Go Get It….. And Its Exactly How She Said It…. Table Setup They Had Golves On And Mask ….
