Dealt with Triston in sales, we were purchasing long distance so had to rely on him for accurate and honest information. All descriptions of the bike were spot on. He was always available and very patient. He even picked us up at the airport!! Obviously you have to put a deposit on a bike if you want it to be held for you, we understood that. A very honest and integral company in our experience. Much preferred over other dealers. And we LOVE the bike!
