I went in today to see how much my Honda Fit would be to trade it in. Ken on the new car side was an incredible help. Kind, informative, went out of his way to understand my goals and needs.I was in a fender bender yesterday. A body shop in plano quoted $2500 in repairs – $850 of which were just parts. The rest labor. I wanted to see what I could get instead at a dealership.I was fully prepared to buy a Honda Pilot from Honda of McKinney. I had money to put down plus my trade in value and was ready to buy a car.They offered me $1000 for the fit. Which is low I feel. When I tried to negotiate Jeff toldMe he didn’t want the car, which I heard as he didn’t want my business. The new tires alone are worth half of that. Yes it has damage however fixed this car would give them $4-5k profit based on the need for used cars in this market. Jeff the used car sales manager provided no support. Ken did a great job. I will be going to Toyota of McKinney.

Best Honda Cars I’ve been to! Kyle Utah Herd is the absolute best! I recommend going to him in the service department. I called the day I found out there was an issue with my car and Mason was able to get me in quickly and conveniently. Mason was happy to answer all of my questions and was very polite and respectful. I came in as scheduled for my appointment and Kyle Utah Herd quickly took care of me. My car was there overnight and was done first thing in the morning. I assumed that Honda would be more expensive because it’s a dealership (silly me) but this was the third place I had taken my car and it was the most inexpensive. It really made me happy to know that they were giving me a FAIR price and weren’t trying to rip me off. They did an awesome job and I am BEYOND happy with the EXCELLENT customer service they gave me. Won’t be taking my car anywhere else but Honda Cars of McKinney!!! Ask for Kyle Utah Herd, you won’t be disappointed. 🙂
