Our experience with Hometech has been outstanding! We hired them to build a second story addition to almost double size of our newly purchased home . From the outset, we found the team to be friendly, capable, and professional. The design team had great ideas and suggestion . They helped us bring our vision / dreams to reality . At first the design process and permitting seemed to take little too long but the wait was well worth it and we’re thrilled with the results.As with any project, especially this size, I highly recommend that you stay very involved in picking colors, styles, etc., so that both parties are on the same page, and you are happy with the end results.The crew was highly professional and build our brand new 4-bedroom 3 bath home within the projected time frame and the quality is amazing !You can be assured you’ll be receiving good advice and guidance from the talented Hometech team along the way.

This was our 3rd remodeling project in our 28 years of marriage. When we decided to remodel our home we moved into 15 years ago, we prepared ourselves for yet another stressful time, based on our previous experiences doing kitchen & bathrooms remodels in our first house when we hired only general contractor and did the material selection, permitting etc ourselves. However, this time things were different.After doing some online research we found out about the “Design & Build” concept and so we though we will give it a try and met with a couple of companies that provide such service. We couldn’t make better decision !In compare to our previous experience, everything went very smoothly.We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professional attitude of HomeTech Team, starting with Project Manager Moses that was very straight forward with the process, costs, timing etc. Designer gave us so many great ideas, had lots of patience, the guys working did a great , quality work and left the job site clean after each day. Whole team was dependable, responsive & professional in all the aspects of their work, and in their interactions with us. They took care to explain in detail every step of the project and reviewed future actions with us. They listened to our objections and remedied them promptly, and without complaining.The work consisted of remodeling kitchen and adding about 300sft to our house to build this amazing, custom kitchen / family room and incorporated indoor / outdoor living space.Their work was of excellent quality and we are very pleased with the results. We would not hesitate to work with HomeTech on another project and we recommend them highly.

We bought our first house something over a year ago and we knew it will need lots of work . The house was build in 1960s and never really remodeled. We hired HomeTech to completely remodel / reconfigure existing 2 bedroom 1 bath house , added square footage to the first floor and build new second floor .We started with remodeling of the existing house while working on the plans for the additions which definitely made the project to go smoother and finish faster.The fun part of the project was the design and showroom visits. HomeTech designer really understood our style & needs, had great suggestions & ideas and the project manager good points & recommendations to keep the project within our budget .The project was completed well within the estimated timeEveryone from HomeTech team was straight forward and honest from the first meeting throughout all the project, always available to answer our questions via a call / text / email. They build us an amazing 5 bedrooms 5 & half bathrooms home and we are very fortunate to have found them and worked with them.
