It’s a decent HG store but could be better. Staff seems a little robotic, like they’re just nice because they have to be nice to customers, but they are rarely able or wanting to help. If you ask questions, they don’t seem to know much. The home goods selection is okay but seems like doing the extra drive to other HGs is better. Cashiers are not too friendly either, customer service needs some improvement. When wrapping paper on items that could break, they don’t ensure some items that need double wrap or double bag. Staff rarely smiles and sometimes the greeters look like they are not having it. Makes you feel like they almost hate you for entering their store.
