After coming to this store and loving it for so many years, I have changed my mind after an experience I had there yesterday. A cashier and another girl trying to help her refused to take back an item for store credit. They even tried to accuse me of getting it from another store which really made me sick to my stomach. I went to another sister store and they were more then helpful…they looked up item found it in system and gave me store credit. This is the last time I will go here and any other home goods.
