So much more than what I expected. Employees are not on commission (which I appreciate). It’s much less stressful than your usual furniture shopping environment. They manufacture their furniture themselves, from what I was told, and they pass those savings on. We found a sectional here that we are in love with but it won’t be back in stock for about 2 months. It’s perfect for us so we’ve decided to wait for it.

From the moment I walked into Home Zone my experience was awesome. Arthur, assistant manager greeted me. I had several questions and received answers without hesitation. Arthur show me the love seats and couches with the features that I was seeking. Arthur even offer up a few suggestions. I received honest and friendly customer service from Arthur. I purchased a couch from this establishment back in 2013, I am now just replacing that couch. I have two dogs that have been laying on the couch, scratching on the couch and licking on the couch and it is held well.

When we walked in the door, we were greeted by Freddy. He was polite, professional, and very patient. I wanted to see every platform king bedroom set and he took me to each (on opposite sides of the store) explaining the benefits. He was a great representative for the store and I appreciated his help. I ended up finding the bedroom I really wanted. Once the sale was made, he sat down with us and went through every page of the paperwork explaining delivery and the like.
