Oh where do I began? Home Depot has had problems with both of my appliance orders and I have been waiting for my installation for 3 months now. I can’t believe Home Depot is this bad. Really, really disappointed. I keep thinking it can’t get worse, can it? How can they mess up on all three of my orders? I opened a claim with them, but I don’t see any escalation in assisting with my install through this process. I asked to speak to the supervisor, they tell me they emailed her twice and still no response. This was months ago. Then I get these calls from a legal team?! What is this? A show of force? They call and hang up leaving no message. It has been a nightmare. Really, no joke. Stay clear, be safe and invest elsewhere.
