I dealt with John. My girlfriend and I found a sectional that we absolutely fell in love with. Not only did we get a great deal but he also delivered it when the store was closed! Absolutely fantastic customer service and love dealing with him! We even went back and ordered another arm-less piece for the couch to make it longer and got 2 accent chairs from him as well! Will definitely go back as long as he is there!

Put money down on a recliner prior to COVID-19, and since have not been able to reach anyone. I spoke with the manager of a location in Missouri who said would have the regional manager contact me, but have not heard from anyone. I just want to pay for my item and receive it. I know the Niagara Falls location is temporarily closed, but the Buffalo location is open and if I could get it from that location, I will. Please make an effort to correct this situation, or just let me know that I have to wait for the store to reopen.

Terrible customer service. The staff is very deceitful. I would not recommend doing business with this company at all. Beware. They send you the wrong merchandise and do absolutely nothing to fix their errors. They sent a box spring which was coming apart when I unwrapped it from the plastic.
