Nightmare experience!I hired Adolfo to add extra support under my new Forest River travel trailer.I was charged $800 dollars for labor and $20 dollars for parts for a total of 4 hours work.I wasn’t there when he finished so my mother paid him and he told her he would email me the invoice.When I walked inside my trailer there were soft spots where he worked and creeking when I walked anywhere. It was even worse than before he worked on it!I tried to get a hold of him several times to fix it but he wouldn’t return any of my calls, texts or emails. After a month of this all I wanted was the invoice I didn’t want him to do any more damage to my rv.I eventually received the invoice but he didn’t put his license number on it so I had to try to contact him again asking for his license number.He never would give me his license number and yet he advertises he is licensed and insured on his website.He showed no concern that I was unhappy nor did he offer to rectify the situation. He just disappeared.I hired someone else to do the other side and he ended up fixing the side Adolfo did as well.Horrible experience!

I scheduled a RV repair to happen, I took off the morning from work, the person never arrived and I tried calling multiple times and each time the receptionist said they will call me back. He called once saying “let me make a few calls and I will call you back” it’s been 4 hours and still not a word about when he will be able to work on my RV. I urgently need this work done.
