I use to love this craft store, they literally have everything in here. But it lacks a lot of customer service. The cashiers for the most part are polite, but not the upper management. Had a incident and upper management was very unprofessional and rude. I haven’t gone back since. It’s very unfortunate because I use to adore this store. But for now I’ll just stick to Michael’s.

Wow. It was very busy today. Walking in I was greeted and I quickly saw how clean the store was. We packed three shopping carts with all kinds of things. During check out Emily was cautious with our items and very polite. Sorry for cutting into your lunch, but you are the reason this visit gets five stars.
