The store is nice and I did enjoy visiting it. The manager I’ve encountered twice is horrible. First incident was at Christmas. I returned small lights that went out after a week. After I had put them up with an entire village. The manager grudgingly gave me a refund stating that they needed to be returned before they were used. How would I know they would go out after a week of use and only a few hours per day. No apology for faulty lights. Two days ago I went to purchase some fake succulents I thought were on sale. The manager says nothing to me but whispered to the checker that those aren’t on sale. When he came back to remove the items from my purchase I told him the sign said 50% off. He stated “those never go on sale” scowled at me and walked away. No apology or explanation. I love Hobby Lobby but will go elsewhere whenever possible.

Home crafts, kitchen stuff, floral, fabrics. A little too country and rustic. If you’re looking for glam and modern go elsewhere. Not cheap, even though everything is made in China and not high quality.

Always clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that people may find irritating is how long you may wait in the check-out line. Rarely enough people checking out, and the process is slowed by having to key in each item instead of just scanning (but I know this is not the employees’ fault).
