The floor staff are beyond helpful and friendly.One example, I had a couple of items in my arms and a saleswomen showed me something I liked better, she offered to take my items back and re-shelve them for me! WOW, that’s service. The female manager is a tyrant and loudly barks orders at her seemingly unappreciated staff – very disturbing to witness.

Oh my I love this store!!! They have everything you can imagine when it comes to artistic stuff and just all out cool stuff. I have to force my self to leave so I don’t spend all my money lol. I have a service dog/ child and the employees were very pleasant and didn’t hastle me with all the questions about if he is a service animal and wanting to see his card and all. They was very helpful and knowledgeable about where and what things are! Even though all the employees was busy resetting all the aisle for Xmas stuff they still took the time to help me find the items I was looking for. Great fun store!!!!

Four wonderful ladies helped me while I walked around lost looking for what I needed. They were all so polite and positive. The manager , a shrew in my opinion needs to work on her people skills or look for employment in another field other than retail. My experience would’ve easily been 10 stars if possible rather than the 3 out 5 Lady Shrew brought it to.
