This Hobby Lobby location does NOT honor or value customer service! Or doing what’s right! I walked around the store and found a few wall decor items that were supposed to be 50% off. I proceed to the register to pay for my items where they rang up full price. The store cashier said that she could not change the items because the items “sticker” says “table decor” on them instead of wall decor, (mind you I have the same exact items pulled up on THEIR website) where it is showing the 50% off! Long story short, the store manager John was rude about the situation and told me that I should refresh my browser (I’m assuming he thought I was lying)! However I am big on customer service and definitely big on doing what’s right and this store lost money today, all because of someone’s need to be right …. 🙁
