Bad customer service including management. I came in to exchange some clothes that was given to me for my sons bday this past weekend which obviously had no receipt whatsoever. We were helped by a sales rep. at the register, my wife explained the situation, and had already chosen the correct size clothes to make everyones job easier. All we wanted was the correct size. The gentlemen at the cash register kept repeating to us, at least 5 times that there is no cash back. At first we assumed he was just nervous, and wondered why he kept repeating it, if we clearly stated it was an exchange not a return. We also had a return from an online purchase that we had a receipt for. As the sales rep was returning the stuff, the manager stops him and reviews every transaction and starts putting tags one by one. Not even an excuse me or any sort of acknowledgment and makes us wait at least 5 minutes as she checks every item number. Mind you, the gentleman already verified everything since i had the receipt for it. Then the manager decides to interrupted us rudely, and begins to tag the return clothes. She then walks off. Then we continue the exchange of sizes and the gentleman calls the manager again and repeats to us multiple times we do not give cash back, and to make sure that the amount that it shows we must use the credit. That they will not give us cash back. I mean at this point I’m beyond irritated because they kept assuming we stole the clothes and wanted money back!!! I also had just purchased clothes!!! I never felt so discriminated against. Never in life have i felt like this, and to make things worst the manager just kept starring at us from afar like we were about to steal! They are so lucky that my wife was trying so hard to be patient since she worked in retail before and understands the hard work behind retail and dealing with customers which is why I did not make this a big deal. Never am I going back to this place!
