Went to return an item and walked in at 6:55pm to find a long line of people. Waited in the line for ten minutes or so and when I got to the front I was told I couldn’t return my item because it was after 7pm and that they didn’t see me walk in before 7pm. Another staff helped someone return their item to the left of us only moments before, but they refused to help me. If you are going to have this policy, you need to make it very clear to people waiting in line and update a sign or something to make it obvious this is the case! Absolutely ridiculous
