Poor floor service, they are not enthusiastic to serve you, their personal chat amongst staff is much more important than asking customer how they can help.I am not spending another dime at this location they are not welcoming. Bottom line they did not value my business, therefore my prerogative is to take my money where customers are taken care of, that simple.Never my loss , its their loss absolutely. I took my business elsewhere. It’s a matter of time this business will shutdown, this is a very competitive market, where service is of utmost importance. The only wrong thing the employees of H and M will do is DOING NOTHING to make their customers comes back because of great service. When line staff fails, it’s the managers training them that needs to be looked at, what are they teaching the line staff. If they are less enthusiastic to ensure they sell their products and not show any effort in helping better yet recommend then you know they are there to collect paychecks and nothing but. The La Puente H and M has a better customer service.
