The lines here are horribly long always! Totally ruins your shopping experience. Hire more cashiers! The renovation is nice and appreciated but if the lines are going to stay long I don’t see the point

It’s a small store compare to other stores. They children selection are not great! They don’t even have a restroom. I was shopping with my 4-year-old son during the holidays and he really had to use the restroom but instead of them having a public restroom. I was in line with 2 bags full of clothes that about to purchase when I had no choice to leave the stored because my son had used the restroom very urgently and I had no choice than to leave my 2 unpaid selected items bags and rush outside to public restrooms which are kind of far from the store. After going through all this ordeal you don’t feel like going back and making the same the long line in order to purchase items after they don’t have a customer restrooms. I’m very disappointed that they aren’t commentated at least to children area. When parents are shopping with their children at least have one restroom! I will not be visiting this store ever again until they open a restroom for the public.

Remember guys if you go to H&M this Day’s you cannot try on anything and they have long lines to get in and long lines to return. be really careful if you have to return anything takes a little too long didn’t like that so I’m not going back shopping on H&M. if I can’t try on anything in the store it just makes no sense to do 2 hours on the line outside and inside if I’m just going back to return something I couldn’t try on in your store… just speaking the truth
