Bought my wife’s engagement ring, and both our wedding bands here, and I’m about to go buy a watch from them, they’re awesome. Their prices are great and they really take care of you if something goes wrong with the ring. We had a few issues of the stones falling of the engagement ring(not their fault, it was a manufacturing issue) and they remade the whole ring for me. Haven’t had any serious issues since.

My first time coming into HL Gross to find my dream Rolex watch, and Christina was an Expert , diving right in and answering my questions and helping me find the model right for me! The Customer Service here was incredible, like nowhere else I have ever went to. Here the client, gets treated like close family, and I really love that aspect!!
