I purchased an impact driver from this store on 7/19/18 and was very unimpressed for the price it was nothing compared to my milwaukee or makita impacts i returned the tool to the store on 8/6/18 and was told they didnt have enough money in store to refund me so they would have to send the refund via check and i would receive it no later than 7-10 days it is now 9/18/18 and no refund has been sent and i have been lied to over and over again with proof via email thread and recorded calls contradicting themselves time and time again now cant even get a reply from them. Easily the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. Also on their website they filter their reviews thats why its all five stars. I wrote a 1 star review and Hilti will not post it to the website. Beware of this shady company and save yourself the money and headache of dealing with this embarrassment of a company.
