My husband won a raffle for a pair of Jordans. The email CLEARLY states that a pair will be held until 12pm. He arrived at 11am and was told that there were no more available. The woman he spoke with told him that she’s sorry, grabbed her personal phone and walked out the store. Didn’t excuse herself or anything, just walked out. Her and the other male employee COMPLETELY disregarded what the email said and gave my husband a shoulder shrug. The people who work in this store are sketchy, untrustworthy, have poor customer service and shouldn’t be working in the customer service industry. If I could leave a NO star rating I would’ve.
