So disappointed in their lack of customer service. I came in with my children and a generously-loaded gift card their grandma. 3 associates… not one associate even said hello. We left without our purchasing after inquiring if a shoe we wanted could be ordered online or in-store. I guess we didn’t look like we would be a sale and weren’t worth a greeting.
