We were referred to HHE by Mitch Morgan Motors where we finance a vehicle from, we are having issues with our stabilitrak system and we were told to ask for Shane that he could fix it easily. The lady who answered the phone was rude as hell! First she had an attitude problem and didn’t know answers to half the questions we asked then when we politely said “Is Shane there? We were told he knows all about it” her response was “Well I’m the owner so talking to him will do you no good!” I said right but he can answer the questions her response “well I can’t let you be seen til at least Monday” so we hung up! Very rude and unprofessional and we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere!!!
