Today was the first time I have been in HF&C. The store is very clean and they have a great selection of products. Susan the Manager is awesome, she was so friendly and she was eager to help me. It is nice to be able to walk into a business and everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile. Definitely will go back and do more shopping. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

Tractor supply was out of cake and I had received a recommendation from a friend about HF&C. Figured I would try it out. Walked in, didn’t get a single hi, hello, or can we help you?.. Found my way to the supplements without any help at all, seeing plenty of hands standing around, I figured maybe somebody would offer help or ask if anything was needed.. got nothing. Left without a single word being spoken my way at all. Found my way to Gebos and got a great greeting walking in the door and plenty of help loading my things. Would not recommend this store in any capacity. Only reason 2 stars was awarded is there was an excellent selection of feed.
