Great service, great people, and most of all… GREAT ICE CREAM! A Friend told me about this ice cream shop and I told them I would try it before the long drive home. You will never find or eat anything better than Hey Mikey’s!

We had a 30 minute wait for little daddy’s Gumbo Bar down the street so we decided to come kill the time here n grab a small ice cream. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. Unfortunately they didn’t have any waffle cones and were out of many toppings but to be fair we came in late & it was a hot day during the week of spring break so I’m sure they had been busy all day. Prices were reasonable and the ice cream was good. I recommend a stop by for some ice cream at anytime of the day.

They had great choices of flavors with free tastes. I had Pralines and cream, but also tasted the coconut and the cookie monster. They have ice cream nachos which come with 4 scoops of ice cream (your choice), 6 toppings ( again your choice), and the chips are pieces of a waffle cone which are made there plus the whip cream and cherry!! Definitely recommend visiting.
