Car wasn’t ready at pick up time, had to wait about 45 minutes. Received no record of prior damages or fuel. When I asked for it they asked me back if I didn’t take pictures…Location was closed for return although it was during their regular hours, but I didn’t receive any email or call to notify me. Just a note in the window instructing to return at another location which took me an additional 2 hours.

Its closed but still allowed me to make a reservation and turn up to collect a non existent car.Complained no reply. Emailed no response.They then had the audacity to send a customer service email asking me to rate them…. still no follow up.They are cheap but sadly cheap goes with poor quality.The staff that I have met have been friendly and helpful. The online systems and call center sadly let them down.
