So, we paid for a rental over the weekend with pay now, and get to the location and there are no cars. There isn’t a car anywhere, and the lady at the desk was HORRIBLY rude. There is no reason to treat people like that. I rent with Hertz for all my rentals, but I promise I’ll never go through this company again. Terrible service!! Don’t waste your time.
