Rented an F150 crew cab from here. Made reservation online, truck was ready for me when I arrived. Transaction took less than 10 minutes, very nice staff. Truck looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor, beautiful and spotlessly clean. Wish I could keep it. Return went just as smoothly, with no snags. Word of warning: don’t mess with the toll pay device on the windshield, use your own E-ZPass if you have one.

If I could give no stars I would. These individuals totally disregarded a contract with them that I made through Orbitz. I rented my vehicle for 3 days. But due to the fact they are closed on Sunday I was charged an extra day. I understand this is their policy however, I spoke with a worker there twice in confirming my rental to which nothing was mentioned about my return day The individual did nothing to accommodate me except allow me to return the vehicle without gas. Thank God Orbitz had the deceny that Hertz didn’t and refunded my extra day.

Worst experience got this rental from insurance and I still got charged a ridiculous amount for no reason. The staff is very unhelpful and the management team doesn’t seem to know what is up or down. DO NOT GO HERE ! Said they would charge if I didn’t drop off the car and still charged me after it was dropped off . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
